I totally understand that life happens — all I ask is for open communication.
Pretty Wicked Hair requires at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. This gives me a chance to offer the spot to someone else who’s been dying to get in.
Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours in advance may result in a 50% fee before booking again.
No-shows may result in the full cost of the service being charged, and future appointments may require a deposit.
A card on file is required to reserve your appointment, but it will only be charged if the policy is violated.
